1. Hey
1. In a coordinate system the straight line m passes through the points A(2,6) and B(5,-3). Find an equation for M.
2. A line n contains the point C(2,-3) and is parallel to m.
Find an equation for n.
3. Find the point of intersection between m and the line with equation y=1.5x-0.9. Thank you so much I really appreciate it.
2. For no .1 you need to firstly find the gradient of the line by using the formula m= y2-y1/x2-x1. After you find the gradient you can then just plug the x and y values of either point into the equation y=mx+c along with the gradient to find the y intercept.

4. 2. Parallel lines have equal gradients.

3. Set one equation equal to another (y = y) and solve the equation.
