HI, I've got an offer from LJMU and they want 280 UCAS points. They also say they accept general studies.

And as a C is 80 points, and a D is 60 points, does this mean that I can actually get in just by getting 2 C's and 2 D's or am I missing something out here?
Thanks for any replies, just want to make sure I'm not overlooking something important here

    Hi Mate
You are right about the number of points but that comes to 220 points not 280

Why dont you go to this link and choose the correct level of study and then play with the grades for each subject and it will give you the final points to get to 280

Did they not give you a specific grade offer too? I was given one but the stipulation was I got DMM (BTEC grades) which are the same as ABB.

Is it just 280 points and no other conditions

Will they accept points from all 4

These are not always the case so it is worth checking
