I got rejected from Manchester university because I was predicted a B in Maths. However, I got my results today, I did a Maths retake (C1) and I got an A and I got an A in C3. So now it's a strong possibility that I will get an A in A-level Maths, as I need around two moderate Bs to get an A overall. I applied for pharmacy and I would probably need an interview.
Should I call/email them? Or will they not reconsider?

You should definitely try, there's no harm in that! Well done, by the way!

    Congratulations on your results.

I don't know how likely it is that they will change their minds, but it's worth trying. The worst case scenario is that you remain in your current position, and your best case scenario is that you get an offer. You've nothing to lose, so ring them!

Not yet, they were out of the office when I called. I'll try on Monday and get back to you.

Thanks, the rest of my results weren't so good though. I'll give them a ring and hope for the best.

I gave them a call and they said I would need to get my tutor/reference to say why the think my predicted grades have changed etc. And I would need to go there for an interview if I was successful, so there is no guarantee that I would even get in. I didn't really want to involve my head of year/tutor in this tbh. I think I'll leave it, there's not much point as I would have put them as my insurance if I got a conditional from them.
