Isn't it rather obvious? Anyone can see that this movement is neo-nazi, pagan revival, old Greek empire, National Socialist, patriotic, antisemitic, anti-Judeo-christian. The founder of the movement Mikaloliakos created a magazine with a Nazi symbol on the front.

Greece is filled with unhappy protesters, most of whom want nothing to do with Golden Dawn. It doesn't take a genius to see that they're just taking advantage of the general discontent to promote their own neo-Nazi ideas.

Greece is turning into a 3rd world country while hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants (not legal but illegal) come into their country. Of course the anti-fascists (more like anti freedom) are the ones who who support all immigration whether it's legal or not and don't give a damn how it effects the native people of Greece because they generally live in privileged areas and aren't effected by it.

Golden Dawn are a force for good we need people willing to take action and stand up for the people of Europe.

Ahaha fair enough. Do you reckon the formation of such groups could cause the rise of similar groups in other countries?

doubtful, although these groups always have been around and always will its debateable if the rise of one in one country will effect others... especially given greeces somewhat troubling and unique situation.

Countries like Israel deport illegal immigrants and even force sterilize black Ethiopian Jews and the world media doesn't care. But in Europe, we have to accept all illegal immigrants and endure all the the problems that come with it.

It's funny how the media are so interested in hate crimes against immigrants while ignore all the crimes these people commit against the native people of Greece.

Shows what happens when people have their democracy snatched from under them by bureaucrats. When people feel they don't have a say, they take to the streets to make their voice heard.

Greece is in a real mess, and withdrawal from the EU is the only way to fix that mess.

Indeed. In fact when Golden Dawn aren't attacking immigrants, they're generally helping the government in attacking the genuine protesters.

Greek Nazis, they even call themselves the 'Social Nationalist Movement'. They call Hitler a 'great social reformer'. Golden Dawn MPs have been seen with the Hitler greeting (said to be the salute of the national youth organisation of Ioannis Metaxas), Sieg Heil tattoos, an iron cross ring associated with Nazis and antisemitic songs. It is blatantly obvious that they are the Nazi party of Greece. In 1987, current Golden Dawn leader Michaloliakos wrote an article entitled 'Hitler for 1000 years', embracing Nazism and white supremacy. Quote: 'We are the faithful soldiers of the National Socialist idea and nothing else.' He also talks of the 'National Socialist duty', of continuing the 'final battle for our race', and of 'shout[ing] full of passion: Heil Hitler!'

They are Nazis, through and through. Not a doubt about it. They could shout it from the rooftops, it couldn't be any clearer than it currently is.
