Okay, for some reason I don't have permission to post on the 'Ask student finance' forum, but hopefully someone here can help?

I've posted about this before, but not the same, don't want to dig up the old thread, so here we go.

I'm applying right now to a mix of Graphic Design courses, some honours, some foundation.

If I end up doing 2 years foundation degree, will student finance fund me for tuition and maintenance if I then do the full three years of an honours degree at a different institution, or do I have to apply for later entry points and start in the second year? I just don't want to miss out on anything.

Will you be tempted to trade up and get out of your firm offer on results day?
