I firmed my university choice back in January however I've realised that I'm going to (most likely) exceed my expected grades (I'm doing a BTEC extended diploma in IT) and really want to change to a different university.

I'm currently firmed with Salford (who want DMM) but I want to change to Lancaster as the Computer Science courses they offer seem better and I just generally prefer Lancaster over Salford, also Lancaster want DDD and my expected grade is D*DD.

I was thinking about using adjustment in August however should I try and contact Lancaster university to see if they will look at my application in anyway or should I just wait 'till August and see if they have any spaces for adjustment?

    Is the course in extra?

If so, ask but don't be too annoyed if they say no.

Thank you for your reply and I just had a look - It's there and it has an "x" next to it which it says means it's in extra so I may email them later today, thanks
Do you agree with the proposed ban on plastic straws and cotton buds?
