    Interesting- never heard of these before. Maybe try flaming the vodka first, before adding to the cake mix- I'm not sure whether the alcohol would affect the bake. Alternatively you could add it to the icing, or maybe top with vodka jellies?

    Just had a look online, the vodka evaporates when baking, so I will just put vodka in the icing!

    I could be wrong, but wouldn't most the alcohol evaporate when you bake them?
