Will it be better to retake my AS exam or A2? Watch

For Biology I have 2 exams in which I received a C grade - one is an AS exam and one is from January for my A2 year. I want to improve one of them to at least a B, but will it be worth more to get a B at A2 level? I'd much rather retake the AS one because it's easier and the exam is spaced out so that it's a few weeks away from all my other exams. But if a B at A2 level will be worth significantly more then I'll probably retake that one. Any help?

UMS wise, which one is worth the most? Remember, the UMS is all that matters - if the A2 is worth more, and it will be fresh in your mind, go for that.

It depends on the share of potential UMS marks given for each paper. If they are both equally weighted then you should do the AS

AS and A2 exams are at a slightly different time. So that can give you a bit of time.

check the weightings of each paper though

Thank you guys. I'll attempt to find out the UMS weightings.
