    shrugs 100*12,12,12 supersetted with 16kg side raises did a few speedy dls afterwards
    chins+20kg 7,7,7 (happy with these long way from only doing 1*bw last year)
    lat pull downs 70*8 85*8 90*8
    cable rows 70*8 75*8 80*8
    face pulls/single arm side raises

    PB's in bold

    not bad, leanest I've ever been by far and feeling strong.

    inclne db press 40 3*7
    flyes
    super set loads of arms

    slight dip in strength maybe due to real good back/delts a couple of days ago which i'm still sore from. beginning to see six-pack outline for the first time.
