I applied to Bath for Childhood, Youth and Ed studies after I withdrew from a different uni this year because I didn't like the course or the place. I'm on my gap year at the moment.

Bath have asked for a reference from my old uni and a summary of the grades I got during the short time I was there...

Is this a sign that they really are considering offering me a place? Or more of a standard procedure?

Really want to go there, in love with the uni and the city!

Well yeah, it just means they are considering you, which generally is standard procedure.
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
