I've got a dissertation to work which 5000 words,
The topic I've chosen to work on is management of change, sadly my tutor says that its to broad, and that I'd need to have it more focused.
Here is the structure of the dissertation [email protected] expect us to follow(Attached from page:7).

'Management of change within an educational institute and effective
implementation- How UEL has managed changes, and the effects it has had on students'.

For the literature review, I shall look at methods and procedures in
implementing changes within an organisation such as an educational institute; a small study in behaviour as the result of these changes; workforce involvement strategies and types of changes that may effect an educational institute such as UEL(PESTEL analysis).

Research of this disertation shall be primary, i.e. interviews with students
on the changes that have happened in the education sector and there opinions on these changes as well as a questionairre written to seek how effective these changes have been from a students perspective.

Please Help me as to how i should have this focused
