From what I've seen/heard Barclays isn't the best bank in the world :/

At the moment I am really desperate for money, and with the third student payment over a month away I want to increase my overdraft limit.
I have tried going into a branch and they kept on asking me questions and pointed me to the bank phone to call and answer more questions, but waited for an hour on hold before giving up and going home.

I was looking online and says that you can apply to extend your overdraft online on the bank website but they gave a very vague description as to how to do it and was wondering if anyone can help me out.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi

Unfortunately they do have to ask you questions so try not to worry about it. Does your local branch have a student adviser? Make an appointment to see someone rather than just turning up.

Your uni may be able to help you with a bit of money if you are struggling. Go in and see someone in the student advice team.

Can't you apply online via online banking?

That's how I got an increase on my Lloyds Overdraft
