Which UK universities offer a year abroad in Japan?

I have looked at some unis but they require you to be fluent in Japanese so are there any year abroad opportunities for Japanese universities in which the language of instruction is English? I'll be doing either physics or engineering at university by the way.

Why would you want to go if you're not a language student? Just take book a holiday or something.

And you'll be hard-pressed if you don't know any Japanese. It's not that accommodating to foreigners in terms of signs and whatnot. そして日本語が難しい すね。
