    hi,

so my brother is unsure about his future prospects.
    GCSE:
    4 A*, and the rest at A's and 1 B

    As levels:
    maths, bio, physics and economics.

He is aiming to get A*A*A at a level and a at AS.

he doesnt know what he should apply for at uni, he doesnt have a preference. So Im trying to help him make up his mind, he has a lot of potential and I'd hate to see him go to waste by applying for something not worth it.

what is a respectable and prestigious course/uni he could apply for with his subjects and grades?

    thank you all.
Wait till he gets his AS grades.

    Basically all universities.

He could study any of those subjects individually (though maths would be difficult without further maths), natural sciences, engineering, business ... Need more information about his interests really.

Does your "brother" have any career preferences? Such as research, finance, management, etc?

As for prestigious Uni's, any Russell Group uni will do. However, Russell Group=/=Good.

Whatever he chooses to study he's going to really have to love, you spend years of your life at Uni and if you don't enjoy your subject then you're going to have a really tough time. When he figures out what subject he most enjoys, that's what he should take.
