Sample Imperial College accommodation form

Here is a sample Imperial undergraduate accommodation form. They are sent from early May onwards to those who hold an Imperial offer as their firm or insurance choice.

I hope this is useful to prospective students and answers questions about hall choice and the accommodation process.

It is posted to you and comes with a covering letter, a reply envelope, the IC Students' Guide to Accommodation, and a card that you are required to attach two passport-sized photos to.

This was my form, so I've censored my details.

Two or three weeks after you submit this, you'll receive a standard confirmation letter, with no details whatsoever.
my accomodation form just arrived today but most of section A was left blank and the bits that were filled in were filled in by hand (only name and CID number, even sex was left blank!). Anyone else have the same experience? Looked a bit rushed to me, wonder if they're having admin problems at imperial.

when have imperial not had admin problems?!

Every time i give them a call for whatever reason, i will repeat the call a few days later just to make sure i get the same response! :p: Back in September they kept on telling me by phone and email (at least 4 times in total!) that they would reject me straight away if i applied to them for 2006 entry! Thank goodness i didnt listen to them!!

And yea your form does sound rushed.

I have the same problem as you Caretaker, and my form just arrived today.
And I just want to be sure about this: 1 on the form means you most prefer it right, in section G ii and iii? And what do I put in Department (I study Bio w/ Management) Campus and Qualifications, cos I saw in Johnathan's form they didn't fill it for him, so I'm not sure. Thanks.

You've blurred out your marital status; taking a wife along that you don't want to tell TSR about? :p:
