I had my post-16 interview at my school a couple weeks ago, and ended up choosing 4 AS Levels: History, French, Psychology and Government & Politics. It's unlikely that I won't be accepted onto any course, but my main interests are in History, French and Politics. I only picked Psychology as there was nothing else which looked vaguely interesting in that block, apart from perhaps Geography, but I haven't studied Geography since Year 9 so I'm not sure how much that would be a hindrance.

I was wondering what the consequences of dropping Psychology before August, and only doing History, French and Politics would be? I want to do a Law degree at university if that helps, and I would intend to carry all three over to A2. Would I be at any disadvantage with universities if I only did three? Should I just suck it up and do Psychology?

Do 4 AS and then drop down to 3A2, for 99% of uni courses they only look at 3A2's.

Fair enough, I didn't know they were that important. I'll suck it up and take four.

    Thanks for the help!
