    If you want to look like that dude, neglect most your muscles, work out abs everyday, work out chest every three days. And diet to get lean.

    Cardio (with the right nutrition) will only make your abs visible, so called "marathon abs". To get abs like in the picture you need to do vigorous ab exercises as well.

    Yeah cardio alone won't do it but neither will lifting weights unless he is some exceptional circumstance in terms of genetics or near perfect nutrition but actually look at the picture I quoted - its titled "How to get into shape" yet says walk past in the treadmill in point 3. How exactly is that not bull****?

    If you want to get into shape preferably you should do the recommend amount of daily cardio appropriate for your age (raises heartbeat to X) and lift weights.

    Agreed, delts arn't great either and that +obviously naturally narrow shoulders=weird box look you see so often for "models".

    Lol no! Sit ups can't give you abs though! I think that what the other guy was referring to.. Abs are down to low body fat % no amount of sit ups can give you that! Its a really common misconception that ab exercises like sit ups and crunches give you abs its probably the most untrue thing ever
