I am curious to know how the process works, as I am still waiting to hear, but I know of others who have heard. Is it normal to get an offer at a later time or does this mean I'm likely to be rejected?

If you had an interview and if your interview date was later than other people who have already recieved offers, they won't have got around to deciding who to take from that interview session yet.

If you didn't have an interview and other people have offers for your exact course, you could be a borderline case and the university could be trying to decide between you and a few other people for limited spaces on the course.

People who applied earlier in the UCAS cycle than you who didn't need interviews will have got offers before you applied. Lots of people who applied near the deadline will probably still be waiting to hear something. People who applied in September to November will usually recieve earlier decisions just because they applied earlier.

You still have every chance of getting in. Good luck.

There wasn't an interview, and I am starting to become concerned.

Read my edited post above. There's nothing you can do at this stage, so try not to worry about things you can't control.

Thanks. The offers I know of only came through around 2 days ago. I don't when those people applied.
