I'm a bit confused and I'm really bad at memorizing although I'm good at learning so a little help on which case studies to focus on for Unit 1: Global Challenges and if possible, Unit 2 (two topics from 4, since I haven't decided yet) would be great. Writing my first Geography AS exam in May.

Off the top of my head, I can remember that for unit 1 California and the Philippines are compulsory - you must know at least basic information about these (e.g. common hazards, what plate boundaries they're on etc.)
Just found this on a TSR thread -
    Compulsory case studies (U1):
    - Polish migration to the UK
    - Migration to Spain
    - Climate Change impacts on Africa
    - Climate Change impacts on Arctic
    - Hazard hotspot - California, US
    - Hazard hostpot - The Philippines

I'll try and come back with some more if I find them! For unit 2, it obviously depends on what topics you choose.

Great! I just checked and it seems like I've covered them. Just need to revise more, I guess. Thank you! That would be really awesome!
