Hi, I am currently in A1 Doing Maths, Further Maths, Economics and French. Next year I will be dropping french to pick up AS Physics, is It possible to do a maths course with physics with only AS Physics? I will be doing full Maths and Further Maths.

It should be. I don't know where you're applying but even most top universities don't require A-level physics, though they do say that it is recommended. In any case, it is likely that they will cover anything that you missed at A-level, but you should be prepared to do some extra reading over the summer
