    Hi guys,
I am applying for Graduate Trainees Program of Unilever in my country. I also applied for the program when I was in UK (about 2 months ago) and I found that the competency questions in the application form are similar . I did not pass the screening round in UK and would ask for your help this time
There are 4 questions in the application form namely
    1) What attracted you to apply for the Program?
    2) What attracted you to your chosen function within Unilever
    3) What actions have you taken to find out about Unilever and your chosen function
    4) Tell us why you think Unilever should employ you
Among the questions I'm most concerned with the No 3. I do not understand the purpose of the question and how I can answer it right?
    Any help or suggestion ?

    Many thanks

I think it's just asking what attracted you to Unilever and which part of Unilever youre applying for - why them, why that department?

If you can't answer number three honestly, odds are you won't get in.

    Do some research.
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
