    Tony Rooke has made a small stand against the BBC concerning their foreknowledge of some of the events of 9/11, by refusing to pay his TV Licence. He was trying to get the courts to look at some of the evidence refuting the official version of events.
    Rooke said he was withholding fee under Section 15 of Terrorism Act 2000

    The magistrate gave him a conditional discharge.
