I have about 4 months- (I'm going to a pool party then) to get a six pack and lose a bit of fat. I am a little bit chubby- not too bad and apparently my BMI is healthy. As I am still in school, I can't visit the gym every day, but I can go for runs. Any ideas on an exercise and diet plan that can help me get a good body in 4 months?

Eat 500 calories below your maintenance, but cut out junk food. Don't just change your body for 1 event, make it a lifestyle change that you'll continue to do. Also lift weights as well, although you won't gain to much muscle on a caloric deficit, each pound of muscle gain equates to roughly 50 calories being burned off just by having possessing that muscle. Cardio is a must, HIIT is a fun way to lose weight. Do core work as well to get the abs you want, but realise that even with a strong core, it won't show unless your body fat is low.

just cut out all the junk food and exercise regulary. Jogging is great, but if you want your sixpack you'll need to do push ups too!!!

You don't really need press ups. Crunches, plank, jackknives, sit ups etc would be more suitable.
