Can I get an interview offer for Oxford?

My IGCSE grades are:
English Literature A*
First Language English A*
Business Studies A*
History A*
Mathematics A
Environmental Management A
Co-ordinated sciences A A

I have work experience as an intern with TimeOut magazine, as editor-in-chief of my school newspaper,as part of a junior editorial board of another magazine and as deputy head of the press corps in my school MUN. I am expecting an IB predicted grade of 38- 41. What do you guys think my chances are?

Your predicted grade looks good and your IGCSEs are good too (although 50% A* is probably average for an oxford applicant). A major part in whether you get an interview is the admissions test if they have one for your course. Oxford don't really care about extra-curriculars, they will want you to have read a lot around your subject. You might as well apply, there are no obvious reasons for saying you definitely wouldn't get an interview.
