Hi all, hope u are having a wonderful day,

I'm thinking of doing a cim professional certificate in marketing, however does anyone have any experience in doing it? if so what is it like compared to a bachelors degree that i have achieved? I've looked on the London School of Marketing website and it states that the course is for 4 months, from 5th September - 4th December. Is this for real??

    Cheers

I know somebody who completed CIM certificate while at work, but she needed 6-7 months. The feasibility depends on employer's support when it comes to deadlines, she had to do some project in her chosen area market research. Reading lists, independent work and ability to juggle work and CIM projects. The trick is to transfer relevant skills from work onto CIM projects, so you don't have to start from scratch. Need to be self motivated and organised. Different than BA degree.

How different to BA degree. Excluding difficulties, would you say its just the workload??

Intellectually, CIM is not tougher. No spoon feeding. I reiterate what I already wrote in my previous post about main challenges.
