I am following the OCR Gateway triple science syllabus where I study each science separetely and I'll focus on Biology for now. The course is split into 6 modules and I learn modules B1, B2 and B3 in Year 10 with an exam at the end of the year. I then learn modules B4, B5 and B6 where I take my exam in Year 11.

I've looked in the specification and I've seen that many of the topics in modules B4, B5 and B6 have some topics which are "linked" to B1, B2 and B3. Therefore, would I have to revise these topics as well as the topics I'm currently learning and could I be asked about these linked topics in my Year 11 exam ?

I do OCR 21st century add sci, as far as my experience goes, they don't ask you about previous topics. However they do tend to use information from previous modules and build on it.

This was posted from The Student Room's Android App on my GT-I9100

They won't specifically ask you questions about B1-3 but they will reference things you will have learnt in those modules and build on what you have learnt- you'll just need to recognise what is from those modules, you won't need to know them in depth.

    Good luck!
