Last night during judo training, I managed to smash my left knee a couple of times on the mat when I was thrown by my opponent. My knee still hurts a little and the top of my leg (the left) at the front hurts the most. It feels quite tensed up and is pretty painful when I try to stretch it out. I really don't want to miss out judo training tomorrow as I have a tournament coming up in just a few weeks.

Does anyone who does martial arts have any advice???
