Hi there. What do you mean homestay and school dorm? Do you mean getting a flat or a university-owned residence? I would recommend the latter: less hassle, more socialising, bills/internet/etc. included.

Hi, if you're thinking of coming already for the summer and need a place to stay, the flat I am living in now is available from 01/7/13- 30/8/13 and by arrangement with Unite, you can prolong the tenancy for the 2013/2014 academic year. I am going home for the summer so that's why

This property is a high quality, high specification non-en suite room in a lovely 5 bedroom flat which has a fully fitted, recently refurbished bathroom and kitchen.

4Mb in-room internet access, contents insurance and all utility bills are included in the price.

The building is called The Rackhay and is owned and run by Unite Student accommodation, an excellent and reliable company, well known for providing affordable, high quality student accommodation.

The Rackhay has onsite laundry facilities, Bike storage, CCTV, Wheelchair access, Recycling bins and Secure door entry, as well as 24 hour security and emergency helplines.

The Rackhay is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from Bristol city centre and 10 minutes walk from the shops in Broadmead and the new shopping centre, Cabot Circus. There are a selection of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and the waterfront is also just a few minutes away. The University of Bristol is within walking distance and the property has excellent bus links to UWE, with bus stops just a few minutes walk away and a journey time of around 20 minutes. Bristol Temple Meads train station is a 20 minute walk.
