Ive been having family problems lately (i wont go into it) and whenever i hear shouting (certain person) i start to shake uncontrollably, my teeth shatter uncontrollably and my stomach hurts as it feels like im pushing it in as well as crying. I have just been through this now and this has been the worst its been. The shaking lasted about 20 minutes but i cant stop crying. Now that i finally have an hour later i just feel like an idiot
I probably go through this every couple of weeks
Is it normal? Should i do something? I feel really emotionally unstable right now, just dont know what to do

It sounds like some kind of fear response. When people are genuinely scared, their bodies can display lots of uncomfortable symptoms such as aches, pains, chills, dizziness/vertigo, tunnel vision, sense of unreality, the need to go the toilet, sweating, sickness. These symptoms are normal given the correct context of stimuli. For example, if you are intensely afraid of something, then you'll probably feel on of these symptoms. If you get these symptoms for not apparent reason, then that's a different ball game.
When you are put in a position that makes you feel this way, it is common that it will make you feel crappy and drained for a good time afterwards. This is partly because the body releasing a bunch of andreline to deal with the fight or flight response and partly because of the trauma of feeling that way.

    I hope you are safe.
