How to improve fitness quickly/muscle bulid? Watch

    I am in first year- my accommodation has a small basic gym but I rarely go because it is too full ( I can't help but feel a bit self-concious at times)

    Any ideas on how to build muscle and be more toned and stuff?

    Stop being a pussy, get in the gym and ignore everyone else. Building muscle doesn't happen quickly.
