I've been using Cerego for a while to learn vocabulary for language assessments. Whilst it's incredibly effective (certainly better than other similar websites like VocabExpress or Memrise) and driving words into my memory, it feels to me as if the website is merely making me memorise words in response to the specific stimulus is set in Cerego. I rapidly learn the words, but it stays in my passive memory rather than going into the active memory, which is less helpful in exams.

Another thing which is a definite disadvantage of Cerego in comparison with competitors like VocabExpress is the purely multiple-choice based method. It's definitely less tedious than having to type things out but it also isn't as rigorous and it's especially disadvantageous when it comes to written exams where the spelling is critical.

I'm not completely sure how to fix these issues, but I think having a mode which asks you to type things out rather than simply clicking multiple choice

    -Enjoy my letter to Cerego.

    • Think Rebecca is a bit too neurotic. Although I liked Elijah in the past, I find him annoying atm but find it interesting that he likes Katherine.
