    I have 2 NMR Spectrum from which I need to figure out what elements they are. Any help would be appreciated.

    To be honest. It's not really possible to say from NMR and IR alone and no additional information.

    You need the empirical formula! It can be deduced from that.

    Also, I assume it's a typo when you put identify elements as elements don't have NMR signals as such. Only the active nuclei (i.e. H in this example)
