Oh right! Well, i was born in Bahrain actually, and lived there for about 2 years, then moved to Kerala and lived there for about 4 years, then to England, where i've been living for the past 11 years!

As an ardent leftist, i have always been fascinated by Kerala's successful and democratic peasant land reforms and communist policies.

However I read a few months ago that the Communist party was wavering in Kerala, amid upcoming elections. I haven't been able to keep up with recent politics however.

Are the Communists still in power? Who are their opponents and why are they gaining more and more public support?

Malayali here, lived in Kottayam, moved to London when I was 9. Must say that Kerala is a beautiful place and I love it!! The greenery is just something that cannot be found anywhere else ) Oooh and the atmosphere, so busy, but it's just a nice atmosphere!! Feel like I sounded like a tourist there, but yeahhhhh I love Kerala മലയാളം
