    Pretty pleased with progress, but I fear I may have to start on shakes soon to get further

    Feeling very energetic today, put on some Schwarzenegger quotes and went all out.

    Day 9
    Focused on core today, did 19 situps.
    I heard dreadlifts are good for core but I wasn't flexible enough to bend over and pick the bar up.

    Did roughly 13 barbell rows of various weight whilst picking stuff up looking for Easter eggs.
