Healthy way to gain weight watch

    I've been trying to gain weight for a while now and I have improved but I know I'm not doing it in a healthy way.

    Everyone always complained how unhealthy and skinny I looked, so I started doing with eating healthy but a lot and with exercise but I just remained the same.

    So I started cutting down my exercise routine apart from running on the treadmill and swimming, I went from a size 6 to a size 10. But my mum is still complaining so I would like to go to my dream size 12, but the problem is my tummy has gone a bit flabby and I have stretch marks on my tighs and around my bum area.

    Do I just carry on eating a lot and then start exercising when I get to size 12 or do I need to change my weight gain plan?

    I realised how unhealthy I've become but I have curves, so I don't know what to do

    The healthy way to gain weight is to do it gradually. Monitor your weight gain and aim for a lb or two a month.

    Unfortualtely when you put weight on you get them! Buy some stretch marks cream to help get rid of them hope this helps
