So I recently needed to get some medical evidence about my mental health for uni. Anyway, I read the report they gave me and it said a bunch of things but said I had been diagnosed with mood swings. I wasn't aware of this, but it seems pretty accurate. If they have diagnosed me with this shouldn't they have told me and done something about it?

As far as I know 'mood swings' aren't a diagnosis, they're a symptom of a diagnosis.
