    Hi does anyone know if you can do a steam and diagram with huge numbers like 4.5 million and so on could you get back asap please

    If they're all nice round numbers like 4.5 million, then you can just have the units be in millions, or use scientific notation.

    Otherwise, you can just round everything and then use scientific notation.

    Yes, you just need to do a key that shows you're talking about millions. However, it wouldn't be appropriate to do it if your numbers vary massively (extreme example: 2, 100, 4.5 million, 100 trillion) or aren't very nice numbers.
