    Hey Guys;

    Well, just ate my boiled eggs I prepared earlier today with a bit of salad cream (nicest way to have eggs in my opinion) and got me wondering as to what your favourite ways to have eggs are?

    Be it one of the following or not?

    Fried (Soft or hard)
    Scrambled
    Boiled (Soft or hard)
    Poached (Soft or hard)
    Omelette
    Raw (Not recommended)
    Or do you not eat eggs at all?

    This thread is just for the egg on its own or on the side of something, not mixing it into a cake mixture or anything like that.

    I was just about to post that myself. Damn you and your witty thinking!

    I like mine soft boiled, alongside buttered toast 'soldiers'. Classic!

    Omelette, with fresh chillies, onions and cherry tomatoes.

    The onions and cherry tomatoes are fried in a little oil in the pan, first, just to brown them a little.

    Scrambled into some rice.

    I am a lazy cook so I generally take all the food I want to eat for a day and cook it all up together then eat it in few sittings throughout the day. Normally have chicken, veg, rice and 4-6 eggs at the moment and it takes no time at all to prepare.

    Hmm... But seriously, egg sandwiches are the best. I like egg with bacon, personally, it's my favourite!
