Sheffield or Leeds for Chemistry?

Deciding between offers for Bsc chem at University of Leeds or University of Sheffield.

There isn't much between them, I think Leeds has better looking labs but a few mates are going to Sheffield (making those first few weeks a little easier).

I'd appreciate any opinions about either uni.

Also, I'm thinking about post graduate entry to medicine after. Is it worth another 6\7 years? (This is coming from someone who is solely thinking about salary size and 'will it keep me interested for 40 years')
