Im a Republic of Ireland student and all along Ireland has funded my living costs in a bursary form, however this is about to end as it only lasts three years and I cant apply to SAAS as I need to have lived in the UK for reasons other than education! Im really worried about how im going to fund my final year Any suggestions?

That's just how it works, I'm afraid. SAAS will pay your tuition fees as you're an EU national, but not living costs. All I can suggest is contacting the people who provide your bursary. Honours degrees in Scotland always run for 4 years and I'm sure they make allowances for that.
