Are you looking for a friendly place but somewhere you can get down to some study too? Maybe it’s your final year or you are starting a post-grad course and a party house is no longer quite right for you! Well look no further!

We are a mature(ish) post-grad couple living in our own house in Sherwood, Nottingham. We are hard working so looking for someone who’s a good fit for that but we are sociable too and love going out when there’s time!

It's a quick 10 minutes on a bus to city campus and our house is quite big with lounge, dining room, wifi etc. and a new kitchen is being fitted shortly. Please note we have a cat.

£70 per week for a double room with all bills included. Come and meet us and see what you think.

Hey, I would be interested, the only thing is I'm in Australia until I come back to start uni, so until July/August which makes the meeting beforehand part a bit difficult! I will be starting a PGCE course, have already completed my BA at Uni of Nottingham in Modern Language Studies. Since the PGCE is hard going I definitely will be getting my head down to work! I sound similar to you, I need to work hard but am not averse to socialising when the time is right. I will be studying to teach French, German and maybe Russian. I LOVE cats so that wouldn't be a problem. If the room is still available and you're interested let me know and I'll tell you more about myself
