I have been lucky enough to recieve conditional offers from all of the Universities I applied to - the trouble is, I was expecting my decision to be made easy by rejections from three of my choices, so now I have no idea which to pick!

I was curious as to which you would pick and more importantly why. I am an IB student and my prediction was 40 points, but I think realistically I will end up with around 37/38. (I also got an offer from Edinburgh but i'm not really considering it at all.)

Glasgow: 32 points - I love the city but not so keen on the University, considering it as insurance.

St Andrews: 36 points - I have visited the University and I really liked it, but I am worried that is maybe more 'prestigous' than it deserves to be, and I have heard some complaints about teaching there.

Durham: 37 points - I have visited and I really liked it too, for a while this was my top choice.

UCL: 38 points - I actually applied to the Psychology and Language Sciences course. I know that UCL is very high up on the league tables for Psychology but I'm not sure that I want to specialise so early.

Opinions? I'd love to hear from students on these courses or people applying to any of these courses!

Durham - (firm) nice offer, great university, collegiate system gives more of a community feel, in my opinion.
St Andrew's - (insurance) just in case you didn't reach the Durham grades, equally fantastic uni
Well done on your offers though - good luck getting them!
