Just wondering if anyone has managed this...i'm in my second year of three, i've only had 3 essays back this year, waiting on 6 more (3 already handed in, 3 still to write) plus 4 exams to do at the end of the year.

At the moment i'm on a 2.1 (grades were 64, 68 & 69), but really want to aim for a first overall by the time I graduate - my second year is worth 40% and my final year 60%. Is it far harder to do well in third year? Do people generally improve their grades in third year? If I maintain a high 2.1 this year is it possible to bring it up to a first next year?

    Thanks for any help/experiences
