Right so I have been working for a company for two years now and in December a guy transferred to the store in which I was working. He is paid more than me and has a higher role, but not a manager.

We were friendly and got on well, we then went for coffee in December. We've hit it off ever since. I kept myself distant at first because I didn't want to get hurt incase things were not going to work as I am a very pessimistic person. But its blossomed and I've fallen for the guy. We've done so much together, gone for food, cinema, stayed the night together multiple times, had sex, gone for walks, had days out together etc. I've had three serious relationships before this guy, but this guy understands me far better and makes me so happy. We constantly text and chat on the phone. Everyone in work has commented how happy I have been and he has. Nobody knows about our relationship, but jokes have been made.

Anyway, last week he got cold feet and told me it couldn't work. However, he told me he really liked me but it just couldn't work. I have told him how happy he has made me and stuff but on Saturday night, we met up and he was all over me again kissing me and saying how much he liked me blah blah... he then got cold feet again and said he can't.

I really like the guy, I don't want to loose him and have been miserable the past week.. then when he kissed me he turned my world around and put a smile back on my face. He has distanced himself once before because of stress and then came crawling back.

    What do I do?

No he's not, he is single. I have met all his friends, some family, been over his house and have him on facebook.
