I was wondering if anybody knew if it was possible for somebody under 16 (I'm 15) to enter college part time.
I'm hoping to do a part time evening programming course at a college but I'm not sure whether the age thing will go against me.

Right now I'm doing courses on codecademy.com but they don't provide certificates.

The reason why I'm doing this is so I have a better chance in getting in the colleges I want to get into.

Also, I'd appreciate it if anybody could give their thoughts on whether it's a good or bad idea to do this.

Sounds like a good idea to me. I don't think the age would be an issue, at least from the point of view of being able to understand it. No reason why a 15 year old wouldn't be able to grasp programming.
