To tone you need to lose weight overall but if you want to build/exercise your abb muscles then you can hang on a bar and try to pull your knees up to your chest. You could also try this lying down just lie on your back and bring your knees to your chest, straighten, then bring to chest again. You can also lie on your back and bring each knee up one after the other at a fast rate so that you are creating acycling motion. Try these see if they feel ok.

Scoliosis is a medical condition in which a person's spine is curved from side to side. Although it is a complex three-dimensional deformity, on an X-ray, viewed from the rear, the spine of an individual with scoliosis may look more like an "S" or a "C", rather than a straight line. Scoliosis is typically classified as either congenital (caused by vertebral anomalies present at birth), idiopathic (cause unknown, subclassified as infantile, juvenile, adolescent, or adult, according to when onset occurred), or neuromuscular (having developed as a secondary symptom of another condition, such as spina bifida, cerebral palsy, spinal muscular atrophy, or physical trauma). A lesser-known cause of scoliosis could be a condition called Chiari malformation.

Have you had any luck? I'm 9.5 months fused and since the surgery have gained quite a bit of weight which I can easily shift (it's come from me not walking 5 miles a day like I did pre-op and I'm on my summer holidays now so don't have to walk that distance to school and I also don't eat as healthy admittedly) but I don't want to be skinny fat, I also want to be a bit toned.
