ok so in a few months I will have completed my nursing diploma (in mental health) but I dont want to be a nurse, im chickening out. I thought abot something in sport/fitness such as an exercise referral specialist, Ive also thought about doing something in the Navy but i have vasomotor rhinitis and was rejected for the army so i might not get in. Im wondering will the diploma be useful/make me more employable will it class as 'experience' if ive spent time as a supernumery student on placements?

Hmm well it depends on whether you still want to work in the healthcare sector or not? I know that from the Nursing degree you can do 'top-up' courses in Midwifery, for example, so you could look into them? Are you sure that you definitely don't want to do it anymore? You could try taking a year out or something, but you're probably panicking because uni is almost over and your life actually starts for real now
