    Hello TSR,

    Okay, long story short:

Im currently doing a 4-year business degree but I dont like it atall and want to change course.

I had applied for Medicine aswell as Business but did not get the results I had hoped for.

So my question, can I apply to the SQA to sit exam(s) and sit them at a designated/registered centre?

Im only in my first year of Uni atm but I desperately want to follow my dream and do Medicine.

    Hope somebody can help me.

    Thanks.

    Lewis.

Yes, I'm sure you'll be able to do. Maybe in some schools and mostly all colleges. I'd phone them up first and check that you'll be able to sit them. I assuming that you have passed you NABs in said subject(s). If not I'm not to sure what will happen. If you have passed you definately be able to sit the exams you want, I'd just phone up soon to local colleges or schools and arrange something.

    Thanks for the reply.

Im wanting to resit Maths&Physics, got a B&C respectively which I obtained in 2012 so I still have the NABS for them but I want to (hopefully) upgrade them to A's.

Im wanting to do Chemistry and Biology though, I have all my NABS for Biology but failed the final exam.

So Chemistry is the one im stuck on, I dont want to do a college course in it, I'd rather do my own study and sit the exam but its the NABS situation im stuck on.

    Thanks

I'm sure if you phoned up a local college or school and asked if you could sit a nab and have studied a lot they'll let you. Not 100% sure though.

I'm sure by phoning up a college they'll answer all your questions. Best of luck
