I signed up to do this in september but have now realised that the time tabling for the project clashes with the run up to my exams. I have told my supervisor that I think I should give it up and focus on revision for my subjects as none of my uni offers depend on EPQ.

However, I've been told that because I've put EPQ on my UCAS, if i give it up then all my unis will have to be told and my retract my offers if i decide to not do it. Is this true?

Email your unis to see if they want you to do it, then make your decision. Why are you only starting now, out of interest?

I have had offers from all five of my unis and have chosen a firm and insurance already, none of my offers ask for anything to do with my epq, but emailing them sounds like a good idea, thank you

I'm only starting now because lots of people wanted to do the project so we were split into two groups, one group had the november entry and the other group have got the may entry

I'd still email your firm and insurance, just in case.

That makes sense, though it seems like you'll be working on a tight timescale!

I emailed UCL to ask if they would be ok with me dropping it and they were absolutely fine with it
