I'm currently a student at a performing arts college. I often don't have time to go to the gym but I do a lot of excercise at college. I'd just like to know if anyone's got any daily press up combinations they do to build there upper body strength? Just something that I can do for myself to improve!

Try 100 press ups, you can get it as an app and it works you towards doing 100 pressups in 60 days, no matter your starting point.

Keep going until you can do 3 sets of 15-20.
Put a rucksack on and fill it with 5kg. Repeat.
Add another 5. Repeat.
